After Hours/Emergency Contact Information

After Hours Contact Us – Phone: 9384 1633

The Town of Mosman Park provides an After Hours Call Service, where your details will be taken and a Duty Officer will receive that information immediately.  You will be required to provide your contact details and the details of the concern/emergency that you are calling about. 

The information we will need might include:
Name – Address – Phone Number – Location of the concern/Emergency (if relating to an animal, what type, breed, colour.  Is the animal injured, lost/stolen? Is the animal wearing a registration or ID tag, etc).

Generally if the inquiry is not deemed to be an urgent matter, you will not be contacted by a Duty Officer until the next business day, and advised to please place your concerns in writing and email to  admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au or post to the Town of Mosman Park, PO Box 3 Mosman Park  WA  6912. However, we understand that in some circumstances, this is not possible. 

Listed below are different types of scenarios and responses that you could receive when you phone our After Hours Call Service.

After Hours/Emergency Scenarios and Responses
ANIMAL - DOG ATTACK IN PROGRESS                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 If there is a threat to a human life, please contact 000 for emergency services.
The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation immediately.
 
ANIMAL - FOUND CAT  The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation and generally return your call within the hour.
 
ANIMAL - FOUND DOG   The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation and generally return your call within the hour.
 
ANIMAL - INJURED DOMESTIC  Please make contact with your local vets immediately for assistance.  The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation and generally return your call within the hour.
 
ANIMAL - INJURED NATIVE  Do not touch the native animal Please call Wildcare on (08) 9474 9055.  The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation and generally return your call within the hour.
 
NOISE – PARTIES/BUILDING CONSTRUCTION  The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation and generally return your call within the hour.  For an out of control party or party noise, please phone 131 444 for Police assistance.  The Town also would like to receive your complaint in writing addressed to Environmental Health Officer at either admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au or post to Town of Mosman Park, PO Box 3 Mosman Park  WA  6912.
 
TREES – BLOCKING ROAD / FOOTPATH OR DRIVEWAY / FALLEN ON VEHICLE / PROPERTY DAMAGE.  If there is a threat to a human life, please contact 000 for emergency services.  The Town’s Ranger will be advised of the situation and generally return your call within the hour.
 
RUBBISH - DUMPED IN PUBLIC  Please put your concerns in writing and email to admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au or post to the Town of Mosman Park, PO Box 3 Mosman Park  WA  6912.  Further Information can be found on the Town's website: www.mosmanpark.wa.gov.au/
 
ROAD - ABANDONED VEHICLE

ROAD - PARKING: VEHICLES OBSTRUCTING DRIVEWAY -
CANT GET OUT
