Saunders Street / The Coombe – Parking Restrictions Review

Mosman Park is a much sought-after place in which to live, work, study, shop and play, which means a steady growth in the number of cars on our streets, resulting in increased demand for parking for both residents of and visitors to our Town.

As a result of the increased demand an investigation was undertaken which sought to review the current parking restrictions in the Saunders Street and The Coombe area to identify potential improvements.

If you are a resident of Saunders Street or The Coombe, the Town would like to gauge your opinion of proposed revisions to parking restrictions before they are progressed further.

You would have received the relevant drawing no. PKG052 which highlights the proposed changes in relation to your property frontage. On the reverse of the drawing is a table listing the proposed changes for each address. For an electronic copy of the plan please refer to the link below.

Comments from residents of the Saunders Street / Coombe area by either mail, hand deliver or email a scanned copy of the completed feedback form to admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au by no later than 5:00 pm Friday 22 September 2017.
