Construction Management Plan

To ensure that all demolition and construction work in the Town is managed appropriately in the interest of safety, health, and amenity of all residents, property, and community; the Town requires all builders to supply a Construction Management Plan (CMP).

A CMP consists of a series of documents demonstrating how and when works will occur on site. The document below will help you prepare these materials and any other applications you need to make (such as a Permit for Activities on Thoroughfare and/or Infrastructure Protection Bond) as part of this process.
