Bin collection change this Anzac Day long weekend.

There’ll be no bin collection on Anzac Friday (25 April) due to the public holiday. Instead, bins will be collected on Saturday 26 April.

Infrastructure Protection Bond

Please note:

The Town is currently transitioning from its current Verge Construction Permit process to the newly adopted Infrastructure Protection Bond process. Payment for this new bond process will be accepted from the 1 March 2021 upon adoption of the new fees and charges.

From the 19th February 2021, the Town will not accept Verge Construction Permit applications. Instead, please submit an Infrastructure Protection Bond application, by clicking this application link.

An Infrastructure Protection Bond Application seeks approval for access to the Town’s verge during construction periods for the following works:

  • any building works over $50,000 (certified or uncertified)
  • all swimming pool application (certified or uncertified)
  • all demolition permit applications.

Cost and fees

The bond is held by the Town to insure that any damages to the Town’s infrastructure and trees during works is rectified to pre- development conditions.
