The Local Planning Strategy is a longer term strategic document that guides the statutory provisions, land use and zoning within the Local Planning Scheme. Our current Local Planning Strategy was adopted in 2013 with the strategic direction outlined being implemented through our current Local Planning Scheme No. 3 which was gazetted in February, 2018.
