Scheme report of review

Ensuring our significant planning documents are current

The Town of Mosman Park is required to undertake a formal review of its Local Planning Scheme and Local Planning Strategy every five years following the date of their formal endorsement. The intent of the review is to determine if the Scheme and Strategy are operating appropriately in their current form, or if modifications to the documents are required.

The Town has recently completed its review of the Scheme and Strategy, which was endorsed by Council on 23 August 2022.

The Town’s report of review was formally endorsed by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) on 25 October 2022.

The Town’s planning team will use the endorsed report of review to support a suite of amendments to the Town’s Local Planning Scheme No. 3 and the preparation of a new Local Planning Strategy.
