Following on from previous successful courses the Mosman Park Men’s Shed will be hosting another Home Maintenance Course for non-members commencing on Friday the 23rd August 2019.

There will be 4 x 3-hour sessions to be held on consecutive Friday afternoons in August, commencing 23rd, which will cover (broadly) the following:

  • Basic description of tools & their uses including hands-on experience.
  • Fillers, Paints, Varnishes & Paintwork repairs, Doors & Hinges, Locks, Hanging Paintings, etc.
  • Leaks - Plumbing, Roof, Windows plus basic reticulation.
  • Special projects.

The cost of the course is $80.00 per person which includes afternoon tea on each afternoon and which also covers any materials used. Ticket sales will open on Sunday 7th July via the Men's Shed Website.

Bookings can only be accepted together with payment and can preferably be made via the Men's Shed website http://mpms.org.au/ - go to Events, Home Maintenance (or just click on the picture on our home page) and then click on the Get Tickets button, fill in the details and pay with your credit card. If you also want to book for someone else as well, please make two separate bookings. Alternatively, you can go to the Shed, complete the registration form and pay cash at that time.
