Development Application for 38 Glyde Street

Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Approval

Planning  and  Development  Act  2005  

A  development  application  has  been  received  for Lot 50, 38 Glyde Street, which will be determined by MetroWest JDAP for a mixed-use development (29 apartments & three shop/café/restaurant  tenancies)  comprising six levels and a basement, a roof terrace with car parking in the basement and ground floor.    

Details  are  available for viewing here or  at  the  Town's  Administration Centre on Memorial Drive (between Palmerston Street and Bay View Terrace) for viewing between office hours - 8.30am - 4.30pm.

A  public  information  session  will  be  held  on  site on Saturday 25  August  2018,  10am  –  12pm.

Comments on the proposal can be submitted to the Town in writing on or before Friday 31 August 2018.
