Comment Sought on new draft Local Planning Policy

The Town seeks your comment on a new draft Local Planning Policy – “Exemption from Planning Approval for Temporary Works and Temporary Uses”. 

The proposed Draft Policy will permit temporary works and uses to operate on a temporary basis for 3 months without requiring planning approval, subject to certain limitations. This will streamline the process for short-term activities to be able to occur, reducing red tape.
