The Town of Mosman Park will close the doors today at the Administration building to walk-in customers.
The Town will still be conducting its business, with all systems and services operational.

We understand this will reduce access to our customer services so we encourage our community members to call us on 9383 6600 or by email to email@example.com. Rates can be paid online via the Town’s website at mosmanpark.wa.gov.au or by calling 1300 075 486.
For enquiries and payments, the Town asks that non-urgent matters be deferred. This will enable staff to maintain operations and focus on putting safeguards in place to respond to the COVID-19 crisis.
Closure of the Town’s Administration building today follows on from the decision on 23 March to close The Grove Library. Most of the Town’s clubs and sporting associations have already suspended operations, with Alf Adams Pavilion still hosting after school care services for now.
Essential services are still being provided, including waste and recycling collections (including bulk waste collections that can be booked online), and the maintenance of local roads, parks and reserves. Rangers and customer service staff are still on duty, but can only be contacted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 9383 6600. Residents needing to pay their rates can do so either online or by calling 1300 075 486.

Council meetings scheduled for April will go ahead as planned, including the Agenda Forum on Tuesday 21 April, and Ordinary Council Meeting on 28 April, with social distancing measures in place, and options being examined for attendance through video and tele-conferencing.
