Upcoming power outage – 21 and 22 April

Planned power outage affecting parts of Mosman Park from Tues 21 April, 7pm - Wed 22 April, 5am. Power will need to be temporarily switched off to ensure the safety of crews and the wider community while this work is carried out. This outage is required to allow for essential electricity maintenance in the area.

Natalie Martin Goode

CEO

Natalie Martin Goode was appointed the Town of Mosman Park’s Chief Executive Officer in March 2025.

With extensive experience across local government roles in the Cities of Swan, Subiaco, Fremantle, Kalamunda and the Town of Cambridge, Natalie is passionate about fostering collaboration and inclusivity. She has a proven track record of driving positive change with a culture-first leadership style and a deep understanding of local communities.

Ross Minett

Director of Community Planning and Place

As Director of Community Planning and Place, Ross manages the teams in Statutory and Strategic Urban Planning, Building and compliance services, Environmental Health and Community Enrichment. Aside from ensuring planning permits, building permits, and compliance for food premises are regulated, Ross and his team focus on strengthening neighbourhood connections through placemaking and community activation through a people-centred approach. To Ross, Mosman Park is a location and community of opportunity. Situated between river and sea, and with the neighbouring suburbs of Fremantle and Cottesloe, Mosman Park is prime located to offer a great mix of diverse housing, public transport and an evolving town centre at Glyde Street.

Pierre Quesnel

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Pierre is responsible for the renewal, maintenance and replacement of the Town's valuable assets from roads and footpaths to playgrounds and our precious tree canopy. Pierre is an AILA registered Landscape Architect who has previously worked in private consultancies and in Urban Design, Urban Forest and Project Management roles within local government. He is passionate about the quality of the experience of the public realm and the interrelationship of urban and natural systems. Pierre values collaboration and relationship building and believes this is the key to achieving high quality outcomes that are uniquely suited to their community and place. He is motivated to lead a team that works with the Mosman Park council and community to achieve its ambitions.

Raad Cerinich

Director of Corporate Services

As Director of Corporate Services, Raad is responsible for overseeing the Town’s core corporate functions, including Finance, Governance and ICT. He brings extensive experience from both local government and the private sector, with a background that spans senior roles at the City of Joondalup and IBM.

Raad is a strategic and solutions-focused leader who is passionate about building strong teams and delivering services that are efficient, accountable, and aligned with the Town’s values. His expertise in financial management, risk oversight, project delivery and business analysis supports sound decision-making across the organisation.

Raad is motivated by innovation, continuous improvement and the opportunity to contribute to a strong, values-driven culture. He thrives on collaboration and believes in the power of purposeful leadership to achieve meaningful outcomes for the organisation and the community it serves.
