Strategic Community Plan 2021-2031

The Strategic Community Plan sets a benchmark for the Town to track progress and performance.

The SCP is reviewed every four years (with a minor review every two years) through an extensive community engagement process, where we tune into our community’s priorities aspirations over the next 10 years.

There are three key focus areas:

  • Our Community
  • The Natural and Built Environment
  • Leadership and Good Governance.

Objectives and strategies fall under each focus area and this then details how the work will be funded and how it will be measured so that we can best achieve each outcome.
