Mosman Bay Foreshore currently closed

The cyclone in WA's north has resulted in high tides and erosion to the foreshore wall, making the area unsafe for public use.

Get in touch with the Town quicker with the new Antenno app

The first milestone in the Town’s digital transformation is underway with the launch of the council’s new app.

Mosman Park residents will now find it much easier and quicker to contact the Town with any issues or queries. Not only does the Antenno app lets residents reach the Town instantly and it also allows the Town to send notifications to residents.

Mayor Paul Shaw said unlike similar app ‘Snap, Send, Solve’, Antenno is a two-way communication tool between residents and the Town.

“Residents are able to geotag landmarks and areas of relevance to them. They will then receive instant notifications from the Town through the app whenever an issue comes up within these areas – whether it’s a broken path or a road closure,” said Mayor Shaw.

“The launch of the Antenno app gets us another step closer to delivering on the aspirations of our Strategic Community Plan by enhancing our customer service and communication with our residents.”

Antenno can be downloaded now from the App Store or Google Play, and is compatible across iOS and Android devices.

While residents can still report issues via the Town’s website, the launch of the app marks the first step in the Town’s digital transformation – a major project arising from the Council adopted 2021-22 Budget.

A key aspect of the digital transformation project involves modernising internal systems and streamlining processes. Other works in the pipeline include an online booking system for facilities, set to be rolled out in early 2022.
