Latest update on Mos Lane development

The Town has received a Permit for Activity on Thoroughfares (PAT) for works to the Wellington Street, Manning Street, and Samson Street verge areas, as well as for works to
Turnbull Way. The PAT includes various public realm works including new on-street car parking bays, bike racks, pavement and landscape treatments, footpaths, parklet and new street trees.

These public realm works are associated with the 2023 Significant Development approval by the WAPC for the ‘Mos Lane’ Development at 46 Manning Street, Mosman Park.

Given the development has now received WAPC approval, the applicant requires the permit under the local law and additional legal agreement to undertake the public realm
works.

Currently, the Town is in the process of assessing the PAT application and will provide a recommendation to the Council in March. The Town plays a crucial role in facilitating and influencing a positive outcome for the community through its assessment of the PAT application.

The Mos Lane Development will be located at Lots 9, 10, 11, 20, 21, 50, 411 & 412 (No.46) Manning Street, Mosman Park.

The demolition of the existing shopping centre and construction of a new, five-storey mixed-use development was approved by WAPC on 10 August 2023 via the Part 17 significant development pathway.
