Bird Park is a small but important bush area that is part of the wildlife corridor that links bushland from the ocean through Buckland Hill bushland down to the river. The Friends of Bird Park take an active role in caring for the Park. This involves revegetation with indigenous species, watering to establish tube stock, weeding and cleaning up rubbish and damaged vegetation. The Friends work in collaboration with the Town of Mosman Park.
Visit their website for more information
Friends of Mosman Park Bushland are taking hands on action every week to enhance the remnant bushland for wildlife and our enjoyment of having nature nearby.
