Welcome to the Mosman Park Heritage Trail. This Trail takes you along the river, through the bush and back to the heart of Mosman Park to uncover traces of the past and discover some of the highlights of Mosman Park history. Take the time to explore the trail, in whole or in part, and don’t forget to take in the beautiful scenery of this unique municipality, between river and sea.

An online version of the Heritage Trail has been developed in Google Maps to assist those in navigating between locations. It also has a layer dedicated to the locations of our public art collection. The link to the map titled “Mosman Park Arts and Culture” can be found here.
Walking the Trail
The Mosman Park Heritage Trail is 10.5km long and takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete. While most of the trail can be walked at a leisurely pace, there are sections that could be physically challenging for some walkers. These areas are indicated on the trail’s map.
Make sure you bring plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes. Public toilets and picnic facilities are available intermittently along the route (refer to the attached map). Cafes, shops and restaurants can be found in the centre of town.
Participants following the Trail do so at their own risk.
