COVID-19 update

Find out what the council is doing to keep you and your family safe

ANZAC Day

It is with a heavy heart that due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, we have cancelled our Anzac Day Service and Gunfire Breakfast on Sunday 25 April.

We hope that you can join us in spirit and commemorate one of Australia’s most important national occasions through the RSL’s Driveway Dawn Service

___

Please join us at the Town of Mosman Park as we commemorate the service and supreme sacrifice of Australian men and women who have represented our nation in conflicts in our region and around the world on ANZAC Day.

Driveway Dawn Service

The 2020 #DrivewayDawnService was truly inspirational with great participation in Mosman Park and across WA. We would like to join the RSLWA in again encouraging our local community to participate in hugely successful program enabling those who are unable to attend a traditional commemorative service to take part at home.

Gunfire Breakfast

The Rotary Club of Mosman Park-Cottesloe in conjunction with the Mosman Park Sub-Branch of the Returned and Services League (RSL) will host a Gunfire Breakfast at the Alf Adams Pavilion, Solomon Street, Mosman Park on Sunday 25 April, commencing at 8.30am. All community members are invited to attend this free event.

ANZAC Day Commemoration Service

The Gunfire Breakfast will be followed by an ANZAC Day Commemoration Service at 10am in Memorial Park, on the corner Bay View Terrace and Memorial Drive, Mosman Park. Seating will be provided and an Auslan interpreter will be translating the service. Tea, Coffee and ANZAC biscuits will be available after the service.

The commemorative service is conducted by the Town of Mosman Park in conjunction with the Mosman Park Sub-Branch of the RSL with assistance from members of the Mosman Bay Sea Scout Group, St Hilda’s Australian Army Cadets and Camelot Choir.
