Greening Gibbon Park

Gibbon Park has been a hive of activity lately!

A handful of Town staff today rolled up their sleeves, donned some gloves and got their green thumbs on with help from the ReNew Crew and student leaders from Mosman Park Primary School.

Together, we continued our greening efforts at Gibbon Park; planting small shrubs and peppermint trees to complement the new path, BBQ facilities and nature playground.

Sustaining good tree canopy and building an urban forest across the Town are stepping stones to the greater good: a green, leafy suburb that sets Mosman Park up for the future, and sets it apart from the rest.

Head along to Gibbon Park and see for yourself how – with the help of our community – we’ve transformed this little pocket park in the heart of our Town.
