You can update your pet information by completing the form below and submitting it to admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au

Please notify us if:

  • your address has changed
  • your contact information has changed
  • your pet has recently been desexed
  • you no longer own your pet
  • your pet has died.

When contacting us, please include your pet’s animal reference number or pet registration tag number. Additionally, ensure your pet’s microchip details are updated if your contact information changes.

Moving house?

Are you moving into the Town of Mosman Park or moving out of the area? Welcoming a new pet? Rehomed a pet or sadly facing the loss of a pet? Letting us know when your or your pet’s details change help us in efficiently managing animal records, particularly when it comes to your pets.

If you and your pet are moving house within Western Australia, your pet’s current registration remains valid, however you must either Transfer the Registration to your new Council or advise your current Council of the new contact details.  In either event you must update your contact details with your Microchip Data Base Company within seven days of moving.
