Construction & Demolition Management Plans

To ensure that all demolition and construction work in the Town is managed appropriately in the interest of safety, health, and amenity of all residents, property, and community, the Town requires all builders to supply a Construction & Demolition Management Plan (CDMP).

A CDMP consists of a series of documents demonstrating how and when works will occur on site. Please see below a link to the relevant planning policy, along with the guidelines and a checklist that will help you prepare the necessary information.
