If you’ve lost your registration tag or can no longer read the numbers clearly, you can request a replacement free of charge.

We will give you a lifetime plastic registration tag when you register your pet for the first time. Please attach this to your pet collar so we can get you both back together in the unfortunate event they go missing.

You won’t get a new pet registration tag every year because ours are lifetime registration tags.
