The Town of Mosman Park is inviting the community to help shape a new Urban Road Safety Plan, aimed at creating safer, more accessible streets for everyone. Whether you walk, ride, drive or use a mobility device, your experiences play an important role in helping the Town understand how our roads and paths are being used and where improvements may be needed.
Road safety is a shared responsibility, and local insight provides a valuable perspective that technical data alone cannot capture. We want to hear from you about the places where you feel safe, the areas that could be improved, and any specific locations where road safety issues are affecting your daily travel. This may include intersections with limited visibility, speeding hotspots, school zones, pedestrian and cycling connections, or any other road safety concerns you’ve experienced across Mosman Park.
As part of the consultation, community members are encouraged to complete an online survey and use an interactive map to mark locations of importance. You can drop a pin, describe the issue, and share any relevant feedback or experiences. The combination of local knowledge and lived experience will help guide the development of strategies and priorities in the Urban Road Safety Plan.
Your feedback will directly contribute to shaping a safer, more connected and more user-friendly road network for residents, businesses and visitors. By participating, you are helping ensure the Town’s approach to road safety reflects the needs of the community now and into the future.
The consultation is now open. To get involved, complete the survey and interactive map on the Town’s Your Say: yoursay.mosmanpark.wa.gov.au/urban-road-safety
Together, we can make Mosman Park a safer place for everyone to move through and enjoy.
