Help shape the context and character of Wellington Village Precinct

We are giving you a chance to have a say in defining the character of the Wellington Village Precinct as part of our ‘stage 1 consultation’.

By completing a short survey, your valued feedback will take us a step closer to enhance the future character of the precinct and contribute to the development of Local Planning Policy – ‘Wellington Village Precinct: Context and Character’.

Take the survey by 20 August 2021. It will take around five minutes to complete.

What will happen after consultation is complete?

  • Your feedback will help define the existing character of the precinct; and inform a series of desired future character statements. These statements are considerations for decision-makers assessing development proposals.
  • The existing and desired future character will be documented in the draft Policy, which will be presented to Council to seek formal public advertising (stage 2 consultation).
  • Once formally advertised, any decision maker considering a development proposal within the precinct must consider the draft Policy during the decision making process.

If you have any questions, please contact Planning Services on 9383 6600 or via admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au
