The Town’s Design Review Panel (DRP) has been appointed for a new four-year term, following Council endorsement at the August Ordinary Council Meeting.
The DRP is advisory in nature and does not make decisions on development applications. Panel members provide independent and impartial expert advice on the design of proposed developments within the Town, helping to achieve high-quality buildings and public spaces that respond to Mosman Park’s local character, planning framework and long-term vision.
The Panel brings together extensive experience across architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, heritage conservation, planning, civil engineering and sustainability. Several members have previously served on the Town’s DRP, bringing valuable local knowledge and an understanding of Mosman Park’s planning and design priorities.
The Panel provides expert advice to the Town on the architectural, urban design and other relevant aspects of proposed developments, supporting outcomes that are well-designed, functional and responsive to their surrounding neighbourhoods.
