Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Mosman Park, at its meeting held on 22 June 2021, resolved to:

• Adopt amended LPP01 – Consultation Procedures; and
• Revoke the following Local Planning Policies (LPPs):

1. Local Planning Policy 02 – Pergolas and Unroofed Structures
2. Local Planning Policy 05 – Tennis Court Lighting and Fences
3. Local Planning Policy 06 – Gate Houses Within Front Setback Areas
4. Local Planning Policy 07 – Reflective Roof Materials
5. Local Planning Policy 08 – Carports Within Front Setback Areas
6. Local Planning Policy 13 – Solar Collectors and External Fixtures
7. Local Planning Policy 14 – Building Height & Natural Ground Level
8. Local Planning Policy 15 – Development Standards for Multiple Dwellings, Mixed-Use Developments and Non-Residential Developments
9. Local Planning Policy 16 – Exemption from Planning Approval for Temporary Works and Temporary Uses

The adoption and revocation of the above local planning policies have effect as of the date of this Notice being 25 June 2021.
