Community members have the option of attending the OCM on Tuesday 24 August via Zoom or in-person. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Town Administration, at 6pm sharp.

Attending in-person – public gallery

Our public gallery currently accommodates a maximum of 14 people.

Due to high demand for attendance, we will be taking expressions of interest for public gallery attendees. Seats will be assigned on a case-by-case (and then first-come-first-serve basis). We will be ensuring a diverse range of attendees are accommodated; and prioritise community members who wish to make a deputation.

To express interest in attending the OCM in-person, please email eo-ceo@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au before 12pm on Monday 23 August. You will be notified by email before Monday close of business if you have been reserved a seat in the public gallery. All attendees will also need to check in via the Safe WA app upon entry into Council Chambers.

So that we don’t exceed capacity limits, we unfortunately cannot grant entry to community members who have not been reserved a seat.

Attending online – livestream

Instead of attending the OCM in person, we highly encourage community members to livestream the OCM via Zoom. Below are the details you will need to access the Zoom meeting:

Deputations via livestream

Please send your deputations to admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au before 4pm on the day of the OCM. The Mayor will read out the deputation on your behalf.
