Upcoming power outage – 21 and 22 April

Planned power outage affecting parts of Mosman Park from Tues 21 April, 7pm - Wed 22 April, 5am. Power will need to be temporarily switched off to ensure the safety of crews and the wider community while this work is carried out. This outage is required to allow for essential electricity maintenance in the area.

Free green waste drop-off for National Recycling Week – coming soon

National Recycling Week (10–16 November) is just around the corner, and residents of the Town of Mosman Park are invited to take part in a special offer from the Western Metropolitan Regional Council (WMRC).

During this week, Town of Mosman Park residents can drop off their green waste for free at the Western Metropolitan Recycling Centre in celebration of National Recycling Week. This initiative encourages the community to dispose of garden materials responsibly while helping reduce waste going to landfill.

Now is the perfect time to start planning your garden tidy-up and make the most of this opportunity.

  • When: 10–16 November 2025
  • Where: Western Metropolitan Recycling Centre, 60 Lemnos Street, Shenton Park
  • What: Free greenwaste drop-off for member council residents (limits apply)
  • Who: Residential drop-offs only – not applicable to commercial operators acting on behalf of residents
