Make a splash with St Hilda’s Masters Swim Club

Looking for a fun and social way to stay active year-round? The St Hilda’s Masters Swim Club, based in Mosman Park, offers guided swim sessions for adults of all abilities, from confident swimmers to those just getting back into the pool.

Run by Aqua West, each session includes coaching and stroke improvement tips to help members boost their fitness, refine their technique, and enjoy time in the water. The club focuses on fitness, fun and community rather than competition.

Members range in age from 18 to their late 70s, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone. Beyond the pool, the club also hosts regular social catch ups including bi-monthly steak nights and an annual Christmas celebration.

Sessions are held at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls Bay View Campus, with the school supporting the club’s governance and administration.

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into swimming or want to meet new people while staying active, this is the perfect place to start.
