A large area of the Town’s natural bushland areas containing the historic Leighton Battery Heritage Site including World War 2 tunnels. Tours operate on weekends and are operated by The Royal Australian Artillery Historical Society of Western Australia (INC).

Park commemorating the Town’s War Heroes through a commemorative walk and heritage listed Rose Gardens. The Town of Mosman Park administration building is located here.

Natural bushland park containing the 1898 Obelisk. Small car park provided and viewing areas to river and coast. |

Located next to the Swan Canoe Club, this park connects to Jabe Dodd Park and Memorial Park beyond.

| Mt Lyell Park
Located off McCabe Street, a passive grassed hillside that leads up into a bushland reserve with a lookout and river views.

Passive riverside park with a multi-use cycleway transiting along river and connecting to Minim Cove Reserve.

Small public open space area creating a vital pedestrian link to Stirling Highway and Mosman Park Station. |

| Russell Brown Adventure Park
A large naturescape adventure playground located within the Minim Cove Park with numerous play stations developed by Rotary with rope and timber structures. Contains public toilets and benches. |
