In July this year, Council adopted the 2021/22 Budget, which included an allocation of funds for streamlining and modernising internal systems. Part of this includes the roll out of Antenno, which will improve our customer service to the community, and bring us up to a standard that meets twenty first century expectations.

The introduction of Antenno will facilitate a better way for you to do business with the Town.

The Town is currently sending out notifications/responses via email. We are also actively working to improve backend integration. As soon as this is completed, responses will also be available via the Antenno app.

You will receive confirmation of your request via email when:

  • your service request is assigned to the relevant department at the Town
  • when the service request is completed by the Town
