Submission Guidelines:

• You may ask up to two questions. Additional questions may be allowed at the discretion of the Presiding Member or taken on notice.
• Questions taken on notice will be answered in writing.
• At Agenda Forums or Special Council Meetings, questions must relate to items on the agenda.
• At Ordinary Council Meetings, questions can be about any issue relevant to or affecting the Town.
• Questions must be submitted before 12 noon on the day of the meeting using this form.
• You can expand each section below to complete the required information.

At the Meeting:

When asking your question at the meeting, please:

• Provide a written copy (if not already submitted)
• State your name
• Address your question to the Presiding Member
• Be clear and concise
• Keep any background info brief
• Avoid false, misleading, or offensive language

Meeting Recordings:

• Agenda Forums and Ordinary Council Meetings are recorded (except when confidential).
• Recordings are available on the Town’s website.
• Personal recording (audio or video) is not permitted without prior approval.
