Submission Guidelines:
- You may ask up to two questions. Additional questions may be allowed at the discretion of the Presiding Member or taken on notice.
- Questions taken on notice will be answered in writing.
- At Agenda Forums or Special Council Meetings, questions must relate to items on the agenda.
- At Ordinary Council Meetings, questions can be about any issue relevant to or affecting the Town.
- Questions must be submitted before 12 noon on the day of the meeting using this form.
- You can expand each section below to complete the required information.
At the Meeting:
When asking your question at the meeting, please:
- Provide a written copy (if not already submitted)
- State your name
- Address your question to the Presiding Member
- Be clear and concise
- Keep any background info brief
- Avoid false, misleading, or offensive language
Meeting Recordings:
- Agenda Forums and Ordinary Council Meetings are recorded (except when confidential).
- Recordings are available on the Town’s website.
- Personal recording (audio or video) is not permitted without prior approval.
