Pursuant to s5.25 (1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation section 12 (4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996. Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting (SCM) will be held on Thursday 8 July 2021, commencing at 5.30pm for the purpose of considering two items:

  1. Lot 54 (No.50) Harvey Street, Mosman Park – Change of Use From Office to Consulting Room and Recreation Private
  2. Confidential Report – Model Code of Conduct Complaint – Findings and Reasons for Findings Report.
