Notice of Special Council Meeting

Pursuant to s5.25 (1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation section 12 (4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996. Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting (SCM) will be held on Thursday 8 July 2021, commencing at 5.30pm for the purpose of considering two items:
- Lot 54 (No.50) Harvey Street, Mosman Park – Change of Use From Office to Consulting Room and Recreation Private
- Confidential Report – Model Code of Conduct Complaint – Findings and Reasons for Findings Report.

In line with current COVID-related capacity limits imposed by the State Government, we can only accommodate seven people in the public gallery. We will be livestreaming the SCM. To avoid being turned away at the door we highly encourage community members to join us online via the livestream instead. Any deputations can be made via the chat box.
