Swearing in Ceremony and Notice of Special Council Meeting

The Town of Mosman Park is pleased to invite the community to join us in welcoming our newly elected Council at a special event on Monday, 20 October 2025.

The evening will begin at 5:30pm with a Smoking and Swearing-In Ceremony at the Town of Mosman Park Council Chambers (corner of Bay View Terrace and Memorial Drive). This traditional Smoking Ceremony will acknowledge Country and mark the formal swearing-in of our new Councillors.

Following the ceremony, a Special Council Meeting will commence at 6:00pm, where Council will conduct the election of the Deputy Mayor and approve the Council Chamber seating plan. Canapes and drinks will be served in the Council Lounge after the meeting, providing a relaxed opportunity for the community to meet the new Council members.
