Town of Mosman Park Re-Endorsed as Gold Waterwise Council

Town of Mosman Park Re-Endorsed as Gold Waterwise Council

The Town of Mosman Park is pleased to announce it has been re-endorsed as a Gold Waterwise Council for the 2024–2025 reporting year, recognising its continued commitment to sustainable water management and building waterwise communities.

This achievement reflects a range of initiatives delivered throughout the year to support water efficiency and community awareness, including:

  • A Town-facilitated educational workshop held in May 2025, where residents were invited to learn how to create a waterwise verge.
  • Participation in the APACE Native Plant Subsidy Scheme in May 2025, providing residents with the opportunity to purchase waterwise plants.
  • Ecozoning works at Genders Park in suitable locations, completed in early 2025.

The re-endorsement acknowledges the Town’s ongoing efforts to embed sustainable practices across the organisation and community, and its continued progress toward waterwise planning and initiatives.

The Town of Mosman Park thanks its staff, partners, and community for their contribution to this important achievement and looks forward to further advancing waterwise outcomes in the years ahead.
