The Town of Mosman Park is planning for the next 10-15 years – and we want the community to be at the heart of that journey. Our draft Local Planning Strategy sets the direction for how land use and development can evolve across the Town, while preserving the lifestyle, natural beauty and community spirit that makes Mosman Park so unique. This draft Strategy is not just a technical document – it’s a shared vision for the future, shaped by local voices and guided by the aspirations in our Strategic Community Plan 2021-2031. It recognises that as we grow and change, we must balance community values with good planning practice and State planning requirements.

Drop-in sessions provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about the draft Strategy.

You can come at any time during the session and there is no need to register your attendance.
