The Town of Mosman Park is planning for the next 10-15 years – and we want the community to be at the heart of that journey. Our draft Local Planning Strategy sets the direction for how land use and development can evolve across the Town, while preserving the lifestyle, natural beauty and community spirit that makes Mosman Park so unique. This draft Strategy is not just a technical document – it’s a shared vision for the future, shaped by local voices and guided by the aspirations in our Strategic Community Plan 2021-2031. It recognises that as we grow and change, we must balance community values with good planning practice and State planning requirements.

ATTEND A WORKSHOP (REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED)

When: Saturday 16 August 1-3.30pm and Sunday 17 August 9.30am-12pm

Where: Council Lounge, Town of Mosman Park Administration building

Workshops provide the opportunity to review and discuss the draft Strategy in further detail. These sessions will be facilitated by an external consultant and will require registration prior. To register email admin@mosmanpark.wa.gov.au or call 9383 6600.
