Native Plant Subsidy Scheme 2025

May 1 - May 31

Native Plant Subsidy Scheme 2025

The annual Native Plant Subsidy Scheme returns for May 2025!

Between 1-31 May residents will be able to purchase up to 60 native plant seedlings for $3 each from APACE Nursery in North Fremantle (while stocks last). This offer is available once per household and residents must bring proof of address and photo ID with them to be eligible for the scheme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to discover water wise native plants that are adapted to thrive in Perth’s environment. Local plant species don’t just look beautiful, they provide habitat for native animals and pollinators. They also shade and cool your house and garden too. To learn more about this native plant subsidy scheme and find out tips on creating your own verge garden by reading our Verge Treatment Guidelines here.

Visit the APACE website to find out more about the recommended plant species for our local Mosman Park area here.

We look forward to seeing our community thrive and flourish!
