The Town of Mosman Park Local Planning Scheme No. 3 sets out the way land is to be used and developed and classifies areas into zones to control land use. The scheme is divided into two parts:
- The scheme map which set out the zoning and density coding for each property; and,
- The scheme text which sets out the specific development controls and land use permissibility which apply to each property.
