Mosman Park Station – Improvement Scheme Update

Mosman Park Station – Improvement Scheme Update

On 16 November 2025, the WA State Government announced plans to fast‑track housing around train station precincts by introducing Station Improvement Schemes.

For Mosman Park Station, this means:

  • An improvement scheme will be established within an 800‑metre radius of the station.
  • The State will set height and zoning density within the precinct.
  • The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH) will be the responsible decision‑maker.

Interested parties are encouraged to register for updates via the DPLH website: https://www.wa.gov.au/government/document-collections/planning-vibrant-communities-centred-around-train-stations

Any concerns or queries about this future project should be directed to the Precincts and Projects Team at DPLH on (08) 6551 8002 or stationprecincts@dplh.wa.gov.au.

The Town has prepared a set of Frequently Asked Questions to help explain the process and will continue to provide updates as we receive them via our Your Say Page: Mosman Park Station Precinct and Improvement Scheme | Your Say Mosman Park
